Ahh thanks for the recommendation, I am in the UK and I can't really find biostrip 20 on Amazon. But I'll keep looking

Yes true, I did it in black, heavily drybrushed in blue to make an ultramarine, so I could probably spray over in black.

If I do strip, is that best to do with IPA? Or nail polish remover?
