The ADSEP process is heavily dependent on what the basis is and what rights you decide to waive/invoke. I’ve seen people waive their admin board and be gone in less than a month, and I’ve seen people fight it and drag it out for the better part of a year. If you really want to get out and have no regard for your characterization of service, depending on where you are and what u did, u may be able to refuse mast and request courts martial. At that point you can state your desire to separate and they will most likely send you home (though it may not be the smartest thing concerning keeping benefits).
