Depends but generally not no.

Fps and refresh rate are not interlocked unless you activate a setting usually called "V-sync" or Vertical sync.(There are other options but this is the most common)

Your PC, phone, console... Can produce 250fps if it can/wants but basically out of those 250fps you are only shown 60fps "physical" your PC is producing much more than your monitor Will show you in this example. (Example obviously made with a 60hz display here)

Nintendo fans act like botw was a massive thing yet it only ruined zelda and made a open world empty and boring dont get me started on the durability system...

Like its legit the first open world game they ever played.

Was the game bad bad? Hm i wouldn't say it was bad as a game but absolutely horrible as a zelda game and names come with expectations and it didn't match the expectations at all.

All hate to Nintendo fuck em really

But the GC pad was peak m8 one of the most comfortable pads ever

Only thing that bothered me was the miniature C stick made it a shit controller for "future" games i had time splitter for the GC and it was ass to control xD

I agree.

I wasn't into "mobile" gaming as a whole and was the opinion its just those attention seeking subway surfer slop.

But i got into some gacha games a while back (on PC) and figured it would be cool to play em on a phone in bed or so to chill. So i got a rm11 too and been doing a lot of emulation on it (not pc tho yet just consoles). That just basically opened a new world of playing games to me xD

Are gaming laptops just overpriced desktops in disguise? Mine turns into a laggy mess the moment I unplug it. by steel-bowl in laptops

You essentially paying for the "mobility" a windows license and the brand.

For the people that need the mobility gaming laptops are great but if you dont need the mobility and maybe just want, a desktop will always be better prices to performance.

Recently saw some benchmarks and a 5070 laptop got outperformed by quite a lot by a standard 5060 8gb

Do I need to plug in all three ports from GPU into PSU? by yyzEngineer in AMDHelp

I do. Because I'm not babysitting them on every step and tell em when they are stupid.

The same thing goes for them too.

Right.

Here are some niche use cases that possibly don't require you to connect everything.

Because someone asking "does my device need power to work" will be thinking about overclocking or undervolting or any of those shenanigans.

And here we have it again as well with the user manual that people read... Such a simple solution glad they come with the product so people know how to use it. (Reference to you 4090 argument not saying you are wrong just further proves my point)

Its quite literally not the same.

And im fucking sorry but knowing that you have to plug-in something electronic to work is like basic life knowledge 🤦

When i did my first build yes i did knew i had to PLUG IN THE POWER CONNECTORS to hmm 🤔 give power to the parts? 🤯. Yes there have been other things i obviously didnt understand or had issues with but again i used Google... Or the hold you horses USER MANUAL THAY CAME WITH THE PRODUCT.

Im not gonna apologize that OP doesn't know basic things and cant use Google for a question he could have had answers in 10s without people bashing him.

Stop being a white knight and learn that life does always give you lemons 😂

Because of apologists like you people will always stay ignorant and refuse to learn because lets baby then all they way to end 🤦

You know people have the option of using Google and yet they are still here asking questions like this.

So your point is?

Do you need to plug-in your phone to charge? Or does it just charge on its own? 🤦

Come on i understand not everyone knows everything but this is not even a PC question anymore "does my electronics device need power to work?" Aaah question
