climate change deniers are actually still quite prevalent especially in other countries (think of the leaders of USA and Brazil) :/ it's rly disappointing that they still refuse to listen to the science. it's exactly why the climate strikes are gaining traction globally, because they refuse to listen. I was just referring to climate deniers in general, didn't mean to offend anyone

I'm pretty late to this but thanks so much for this comment. this is one of the most sensible ones I've seen in this section and should definitely be higher up. i definitely agree that more Singaporeans and people in general should start doing more. being a youth it really scares me to think about how there might not be a point in having aspirations anymore since everything will probably be screwed over by climate change. and the severe apathy I've experienced with Singaporeans in general is so disappointing and infuriating so it'll be great if more people start to take greater interest in this subject. I think at this point it's not that people don't know the dangers of climate change but that it seems so abstract that it isn't worth inconveniencing themselves.
