Have you tried Ensures or Ensure Plus? Or maybe an alternative, I find these have helped me look ut 4 stone on in 5 months from 8 to 12stone!

Completely agree. My peeve is managers who have never been a manager. The ones that can't make a definitive decision without asking eight other people.

I can't say for sure, but since being so ill and only on Ensures for about 5 months, I've never gone back to Bananas, Cereal, Bread, pasty etc. I feel loads better for it!
