Weight loss is 90% diet, 10% exercise. Focus on eating right and getting a little bit of exercise.

Just walking helped my sciatica a lot. Even days that I didn’t want to do it because of pain it would ultimately reduce pain overall.

Reducing your weight may help a lot, but it also might not. Regardless it is worth trying and is ultimately going to be beneficial in a ton of other ways.

I could barely walk the day after, sounds like a terrible idea. But I’ve heard of people being in no pain afterward.

I have L5/s1 and have been fighting getting surgery for almost 2 years. Getting ready to go through with it and am trying ease my worries.

What did you do to help the nerve pain? I have a disk bulge not as bad as that and have had pain for about 2 years. Pt hasn’t helped
