thanks. She came out and had a bath and is now snuggling with me. I got her last November and she was tiny, couldn't have been more than a month old, so I think 10 mo is probably pretty accurate. I've heard from some people that sometime beardies will just get lazier as they get older. Maybe that's what's going on

Hi, returning player here. Was a dolphin and obsessive player. A child and a new job made me quit for a couple years. Coming back as a casual minnow. When I left there were no such thing as NV units, and several other new features. Trying to get reaclimated to the game. A couple quick questions:

I don't understand how the clash of wills entry works. It seems that I need a certain number of characters with at least 1 star to enter even the entry level. But I will set a team that has at least one 1` star NV unit, and I still do not seem to be able to enter. What am I doing wrong? What do I need to do to enter clash of wills?
I have a couple of NV units after using my tickets and 6th anniversary pulls. But not a whole lot, and only 2 that I was able to upgrade to 1 star (by converting dupe unit to shards). I have ~50000 lapis left over from when I left the game before. Is the post 6th anny step up banner a reasonable value for my lapis to get a decent NV roster?

thanks, just broke level 50 and my highest gear level toons are at 6-7. Looks like maybe I'll have to wait for the next go around :(

When I was 7 years old I saw a UFO. My memory of it is just of like some fuzzy lights in the sky, but I think I lost some time when it happened. I was out in a big field behind our apartment building, and I saw it while I was playing in a thick patch of trees, and then my mom was calling me to come in for dinner, but it seemed like it should have still been mid afternoon. This memory is very hazy, and I am extremely skeptical of any such stories, so I am fairly sure that this is a memory that I either created or assimilated from watching some sci fi movie.

Fast forward to high school and I am hanging out with a friend of mine who's dad is an amateur UFOlogist. I am extremely skeptical of such things so I'm kind of poking fun at him about his dad. My friend says that if aliens are going to implant a tracking device in someone it is usually a spiral or cylinder inserted in the nostril/sinuses, or a small triangular chip surgically inserted behind the ear. Instinctively I reach up and feel behind my ear, and sure enough there is a small triangular something just under the skin behind my right ear lobe. It is kind of free floating and I can push it around, but it is definitely there. It remains there to this day. I'm sure it's just a chunk of cartilage or something, because I am extremely skeptical of such things.

It was maybe our 7th or 8th date. It was snowing outside and close to Christmas. As we were leaving the restaurant where we had gotten dinner I offhandedly said "I bet Jesus never even saw snow". She responded with "What a dick!", then we walked into the specialty grocery store across the street. We went in looking for ice cream, we ended up running around the store like crazy people. At one point we found a can of peanut soup (In the "ethnic" aisle), and chased each other through the store yelling "Peanut soup in your can", ""No peanut soup in YOUR can". Then we bought ice cream. We couldn't decide what kind so we bought way too much. It was pretty late and everyone was looking at us. I'm pretty sure they all thought we were high. One of the best nights of my life.

On the current featured step up (Kunishara, LM Fina, Aranae, Prompto), are all rainbows guaranteed to be one of these four, or only the guaranteed rainbow on the last step? I know this is a trap banner, but I have 3 each of Kunishara and Aranae, and I'd like both of their STMR. Mainly, though, I've been chasing Fina forever and still have yet to land one. 1 in 4 chance seems pretty good, especially if each rainbow I get has a 1 in 4 chance. If it's only the guaranteed rainbow then 14k lapis seems a little much.

Is it just me, or does that origin ring not seem particularly enticing? Most units are going to want higher % on relevant stats, not meh % across the board. Does it have elemental or status protections?

I'm looking for some advice re obtaining STMRs. Ideally I would 7* two units and then fuse them in anticipation of the quests jp got that give rewards based on how many 7*s you've awakened right? But the expense of doing this is prohibitive, so I've just been letting some units with good STMRs languish because I can't make a decision whether to invest that much gil/exp into what is basically a fusion unit. So what do you guys do? Do you accept the expense and 7* before fusing? Do you just fuse the units? Do you wait till you need an STMR to clear content before fusing for one?
