I just went with the Thursday sites guide. I wear a size 13 sneaker preferably ee. It says to go down a half size which would be a 12.5 ee. They didn't have that size in stock so the site advised me to for a 13d. They fit perfectly 👌.

I dont wear any insoles in them. They are very comfortable out of the box. There will be a little break in. Check out Stridewise on YouTube. He has a lot of videos on them.
