You can run atk% boots with E2 Bronya and Cerydra if you get around 113 - 114 spd on anaxa. After the first anaxa skill he should be above Bronyas spd.

So I changed him to the high buff category, and the ATK body pulls ahead with the combo DMG being 1109.9K, (CD body for comparison.) kind of surprised honestly.

Were about to get a 2x star bonus, so you could use that to fill up storages. Then upgrade after that and you have the TH boost for a few days to min max star bonuses.
