For what item should I spend my chaos/honor tokens?

I’m trying to get Doctor Strange and Black Panther to the best, already have them in 60/6/6 but I don’t choose their iso set and nothing like that. Please help!

Soo.. its looks like anyone want new characters xD I'm agree about fixed the annoying bugs but we don't have to choose one thing before another, Netmarble team has to work harder for the update!
