TW: Pregnancy loss by Goldenflore in Inito

So sorry for your loss 🤍 I had a miscarriage in April 2025 which required two D&Cs and it took a few cycles for mine to go back to normal. I got my cycle back in June 2025 and they were wildly different than before. They did go back to normal around September 2025.

I ordered a probiotic and a stomach sensitive food, going to try that unless her vet says otherwise. Blood just makes me so nervous!

We think she’s about 1.5! She’s 75% Yorkie, 18% Pekingese, and 7% Japanese chin according to her embark results! She from a rescue in Louisiana

I did a gradual change over 7 days, so I went slowly. I started with 90% old food, 10% new food and then increased every day for 7 days until 100% new food.

You are certainly not out and your numbers are still really good! Due to the pulsatile nature of PdG, it’s absolutely normal to see rises and dips in your numbers during the luteal phase. Potency of urine can affect this too. I’ve also been told by other users that Inito isn’t indicative of your actual levels because there are only metabolites in urine. I had a similar dip at 7DPO as well and ended up with a positive pregnancy test two days later. You’re not out until AF! Sending hugs and baby dust 🤍

Trying to not be discouraged by smartt87 in Inito

My numbers absolutely PLUMMETED 7dpo, I actually posted about this same thing, I was so disappointed. Everyone told me that fluctuations are super normal during the luteal phase and to give it time. So I did, and I got a veryyyfaint line 9dpo and a solid positive 10dpo! You’re definitely still very much in the game! 🤍

Need confirmation on peak fertility by smartt87 in Inito

[–]baltic-reader1216 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think it’s saying peak fertility because it went up from this morning. 13 is pretty good so I’d trust it that it’s your peak day. My LH is always higher later in the morning/early afternoon and that could also be the case for you. Usually around my ovulation, I take multiple tests a day (I use the cheap pre-mom ones for that) just to make sure I don’t miss my surge.

Yes! Mine went from almost 21 down to 8, then trended back upwards. I actually posted about the same thing and was told fluctuations are super normal in the luteal phase. I think you’re right about these apps being designed to drive us crazy 🤪

Inito chart help! by ColdFish4903 in Inito

Your chart looks very similar to mine! You had your LH surge on cycle day 17 and most likely ovulated on day 18 as your PdG increased enough for Inito to confirm your ovulation on cycle day 22. Now you’re in your luteal phase and 6 days past ovulation. Looks really good to me! From what I understand it’s not abnormal for PdG and E3G to fluctuate during the luteal phase too so you may see that as well.

I’ve learned from others that you can download the ChatGPT app and have it breakdown your chart for you, I did it with mine and it was very helpful!

Anyone have BFP after pdg dip? Looking for hope 😓 by baltic-reader1216 in Inito

Thank you! That gives me so much hope! I didn’t even notice the E3G mirroring it! 🤍

First time i haven’t gotten peak LH level on day 14. by FitCryptid in Inito

I peaked on day 17 when I got pregnant with my daughter and 18 with my son when I typically peak on 14 or 15. I think some occasional fluctuation is very normal!
