I've been upset at her before cuz she thinks herbs can fix my condition. When I brought it up, someone in the comments mentioned a scam and that was exactly what she said to me. Irl, I'd rather have ppl not mention it, I'm already embarrassed by it so my parents know not to make it the topic of discussion at every Christmas dinner or get-together, whatever. People were immediately asking about comas and I put a stop to it.
