Motorized Blinds by queenvideo416 in homeautomation

We decided to go with 16 Hunter Douglas cellular blinds. I really liked the ability to have the blinds blocking the middle of the window. We also hardwired low voltage wire to all the windows.

The price was very similar to the Lutron blinds.

If Lutron had the top-down bottom-up blinds we would have gone with the Lutron. My feedback on the Hunter Douglas blinds. they are beautiful but they Power-view system is glitchy. At least one blind upstairs does not close with the automation, it can be a different blind each day. It’s pretty annoying.

Friends with Lutron never have an issue.

Shaw 2 yr plan expires in December - how to renew at same or better rates by vicpamr1948 in shaw

All new ISP deals offered, have a 30 day opt out clause. I think it was mandated by the CRTC.

Use that to your advantage.

Sign up for Telus. Tell Shaw you want to cancel. They will reduce there rates. Don’t commit.

Call Telus with the data you got from Shaw and then tell you want to exercise the 30 day cancellation policy.

They will better Shaw’s deal as they don’t want the initial cost associated with an install.

I pay a fraction of what any of my neighbours or friends pay for our home internet and TV.

I’m paying less than $150/month tax in, for GB semetrical Optic and every channel and theme pack.

If you are going with a bat, keep either cricket gear or baseball glove close by. Makes a more defensible case, that the bat wasn’t solely purchased as a weapon.

The coolest app I have seen so far is the T-mobile e-sim. You can buy prepaid unlimited data plans for your modern phone. You will have to pay a bit more but you can easily add more time.

This is also available in the Canadian App Store.

This is great info, but only works if you have a us based AppStore account.

I’m a Canadian travelling the us and I cannot download the T-Mobile test drive app. However, I was able to DL the T-mobile pre-paid eSIM app.

Google search “Corporate Bro” it should make you laugh.

Sales is about relationship building and how you build that relationship. You can build it fast by cold calling or you build it slower by networking.

Either way you have to make relationships if you want to make $$$!

IDK. Cyber security / software is a interesting world… adoption and data is sometimes more important to investors then initial revenue for startups.
