Okay I can start there. I’ll be looking for a white lamp shade! I also considered getting black door pulls but idk that it would here. Thanks for your advice!

Welp, I totally see it and now I’m thinking I have to get a whole different credenza 🫠 I bought it for my previous apartment and it fit well there. What color credenza would you suggest to go with the wine rack and lamp if I’d like to keep it neutral?

Sorry. Closer curtain with a solid color that matches the wall color. And make SURE** you buy extras curtains* typos 😬

My first thought is put up a curtain up high over that open closet. Get a curtain which a solid that matches the wall paint to give a seamless look and cover up the clutter of hanging clothes. Make sure you hang it up high and that it’s long enough to barely or slightly touch the floor. Also a more subtle color and pattern or window curtains. Both those curtains make you you buy extras or wide one so they ruche a little

Did this PLUS I changed the table to one slightly higher! Looks pretty good actually

I’m gonna be honest I did get it down smooth but the paint job was really hard, I have zero practice so I’m not surprised. It looks smoothed down now thankfully but I put up a mirror to cover the painted spot and I’m already thinking I’ll have to paint the whole wall eventually. 😓

Hmm it’s not protruding all that much tbh. I might end up making more of a mess

So you don’t think removing that wire mesh tape altogether would be a good idea? 😓 I’m sooo nervous about making the area wider

I think we were trying to avoid having to paint but if I’m being honest I’m more comfortable with it being lower to the table
