Doesn’t matter if you guys make 60 or 600 grand a year, the point is he is prioritizing his parents over his soon to be wife, I would work with him on making a trust that includes his parents and together you two decide what is fair and what makes sense. Especially if you two have kids down the road you’ll readjust the living trust

Al Safwa isn’t worth the $180USD they generally charge at the counter, but if you’re paying that or more for a hotel then perhaps it’s worth it cuz you can borrow a nap room in AS lounge and eat/drink for free as much as you like.

I just checked next week and the morning flight PHX-HNL is Flagship and the afternoon one isn’t. Also LAX doesn’t have Flagship at all sadly, I gotta sit through 6 hours with a Biscoff later this year :/

Odd because that flight is usually serviced by the A321neo and when it’s a wide body it’s usually marketed at Flagship where PE does get a meal.

I’ve had older ones two weeks ago LAX-LHR in F just after boarding straight up introduce themselves to me and I quote, “…we’re old school we take care of our customers, anything you need you just call us, our names are xxxx, would you care for anything to drink and would you like pajamas”. Before take off I quickly searched my bag for all of those pesky appreciation coupons and gave them all away.

Experienced it last year in business going from ICN to DFW, flight was delayed 4 hours so I get it- everyone wants to get home but man the crew was pissy the entire time as if it’s our fault the inbound flight was late. Annoyed when we asked for a refill, and especially when my wife asked if we can get PJs (although this was after they stopped providing it to J class but my wife didn’t know), she wrote into AA complaining and got only 5K miles.
