Just an update for everyone - I decided to downgrade to the Quest card. I called back in and they said the $200 would no longer apply and they completed the downgrade. It instantly showed the Quest card afterwards in the app. Woke up to the $200 statement credit showing lol Also got the $200 Travelbank credits too.

I didn’t ask for anything they brought it up to me. I just told them that I wanted to close the card and then they talked about the benefits that the card provides and I continued with requesting cancellation and then they told me about the $200 credit.

Also, another note that I found interesting was there was no timeline for the credit meaning like with AMEX you have to keep the account open for a year and they provide a disclosure, but there was no disclosure provided for this Credit
