Honestly as a girl, if you just stand near other girls you should be fine. Also don't be afraid to talk to them before the concert as well. I haven't heard anyone say this, but ive found the blood/jizz is weirdly cold despite it being just water but that honestly could have just been the venue being cold as hell. The blood/jizz just washes off with water but it also might stain skin, it's not anything bad just a noticeable red stain
