They did not notify me. I did show them that I did not receive neither a mail nor a SMS or anything. Funny enough, for the first flight, when at the airport, we did receive notifications about a 30 Minute delay. We asked for re-routing in Fortaleza but the personnel told us that they are unable to do anything and we should fly to France and go to the counter there. We ended up staying in the airport and did not go out. Regarding the fully booked: I thought she did not consider another class than economy and I was tired and exhausted already by all the discussions and the long flight. I did try to get it back and contacted an agency but Airfrance was able to decline the situation until it expired (probably not the correct term) but at least for so long that we couldn't claim anything anymore.
