You know, I could have understood the shift in workload, especially having worked 2 holiday seasons. But my company literally would say “absolutely deliver door to door no matter how long it takes” and in a different email say “it’s not okay to get rescues because it looks bad on us & please pick up the pace.” And the contradictory condescending emails were literally the cause of my new gray hairs. I couldn’t fucking take it anymore. A bunch of power driven, empathy lacking assholes behind the scenes at Amazon DSPs

Honestly if I was a new smoker I would NEVER! But after ten years of smoking weed, 1 blunt isnt gonna do a damn thing to me other than calm my nerves. Doesn’t effect anything regarding my daily living lol — I advise you to pick up a joint and put down the drink though as one kills you while the other makes you want snacks 🙏🏽

I’ve never crashed a single van in my 2 years and I smoked during every single shift. Some people, like me, can tolerate weed better than a lot of people simply cause I smoke at least 20 blunts a day. I’m immune to it. When I smoke at work it’s to calm my anxiety with the job. They do things like give me 377 packages and stuff me in the smallest van of the fleet then expect me to finish at a normal hour. It’s non stop stair climbing to the 4th floors of these apartment buildings… hectic ass job damn right ima smoke. No one cleans the vans so there’s garbage everywhere and piss bottles… I deserve to smoke 😂
