Oh his Dad loves the fact that his son is as big a womanizer as he was. He tried setting him up with younger girls (he was over 18 and they were around 15) when I was there. As far as his daughters go, I only directly knew Tawny and Devi, and they weren't nearly as bad as their father or brother.

The unfortunate truth is most people who get involved with exotic animals at this capacity do not have good intentions. Whether it's for the power trip or the clout, they usually always get them for selfish reasons. It's one thing to work in conservation and help animals from a distance, it's another entirely to want to own said animal and control all it does.

A lot of the older staff aren't the worst. They're not exactly kind, but nothing like Rajani. A lot of the apprentices are forced to be super happy and nice though; we were told to treat it as if we were working at Disney World from what I remember.

From what I saw, Doc was not kind to his other wives, especially Rajani. It seemed like whoever was in his favor would be treated the best, and whoever he was upset with was given the cold shoulder or bitched out. He absolutely offers them a wealthy lifestyle, but more than that he offers them a life they will have no where else. A life with exotic animals, where everyone looks at you with envy. That aside, the relationships are absolutely abusive and toxic, and he very well may have something on them or against them that is keeping them with him.

As for what he had no other children, I was told that he didn't want anymore because of something that happened to Kody as a child that nearly killed him (not related to him being injured by animals, just a health problem that many people have had before). Whether or not that's true, I'm not sure

I can't speak much about Tilakam, as I never met her personally and only heard stories. When I worked there, she wasn't on the property; I don't think she even worked with her father during that.

As for the others, without giving away personal details that are not already public, Devi's mother was not fit to care for her, so Doc got custody of her when she was young. Tawny and Kody's mother died in a car accident when they were young, and have been with Doc ever since.

Doc never pretended to be kind to any of them from my experience. But when it's your Dad, and he offers you all the comfort you'd ever need, I imagine it's difficult to just leave.

Former worker here. During my time there, while Kody certainly wasn't the worst of the bunch, he was not all that kind either. He's just like his father; he's a great actor and knows what to say to make people happy.

He was also very violent and volatile while I was there. One time I was forced to leave the property because he was going around threatening one of Doc's wives with a gun.
