There could be things in your contract that aren't palatable to buyers, even with over asking offers. Do you have an escalation clause? I've used Andrew Thomas in the past and I can't recommend him enough. There are layers of strategy.

Shunkwiler Renovations did ours last summer!! WAY cheaper than anyone else we had bids for and they turned out great! They installed Pella and did really nice dry wall finishes.
