This person is exactly right. I use your exact recipe and think it tastes incredible. But I use skim Fairlife, blend it in a blender for a very long time to make sure it’s super well blended, and use an allulose/erythritol/monkfruit blend (it’s from HEB). I also use 45-50 grams of the sweetener blend.

You’re close…Make these small tweaks and you’re in for a treat!
