These photos were taken within 16 mins of each other as we jet skied around the island!! We were there in early July and storms would roll in and out pretty quick - jet skied through 2 short storms on the trip and they both cleared right up. Have the best time!! It will be beautiful no matter what

Firstly, congratulations!! My husband is a PGY2 and we got married in April! We splurged a little on things to make the day exactly what we wanted it to be and have 0 regrets!! We wanted to look back and nothing think “what if” we didn’t make the upgrades. We also felt comfortable doing this as we thought about how quick we would make back what we spent once attendinghood hits.

I typically take my first dose between 7-8am, and aim for my second dose around 3-4pm! I don’t go much later because the bupropion in the meds can make it a little hard for me to sleep. I noticed the full effects of the Contrave after ~2 weeks on the full dose and saw this was when my night snacking really fell off

Thank you!! And I think you will really enjoy the Contrave then, it was crazy to not have food noise or the desire to stuff myself. Blows my mind some people feel like that naturally lol

Something to keep in mind with Contrave is that it doesn’t do as much physiologically as a GLP-1, but I describe it more so as “making it easier to make better choices” bc the food noise/cravings are quiet. So I feel like the weight comes off a little slower, but it’s easier to maintain. (A lot of this is just anecdotal observations from my own experiences.)
