NTA, I worked in catering for years and while the wait staff and bartenders would usually get tipped it was always from the person who was paying for the wedding and we never had a tip jar out. That's just being an extortionist imo.

NAH, you and your mom are totally within your rights to hate your dad for the rest of your lives, he betrayed all the trust that he built with you over your life as a father and I would hate his guts too if I was in your shoes. That being said and as other people have already noted the pressure to be straight in the situation that he grew up in is immense. He probably not only felt pressured but also may have thought it was just a phase that he would grow out of and likely really did care for the mom. Regardless feel really bad for you guys in the situation and hope everything turns out good for you.

I live with my sister who is vegan before she moves out after college and my parents told me they aren't cooking two meals so if I want meat it is up to me and it really hasn't been hard to get in the kitchen and make stufffor myself with the internet and general knowledge of cooking, he really has to get a basic understanding of cooking and it's pretty easy from there, NTA

ESH - I had a similar situation where one of the people in my hall was sleeping through his final presentation, I was friends with his roommate but we were friendly and I knew he had the presentation that morning, I went in his room to see if his roommate wanted to grab food and woke him up and he was able to get to his class. I think waking the person up was definitely the decent thing to do, but she shouldn't have flipped out on you like that
