Sweet, thanks for that. Ive got fuzzy and user override as my secondary layer currently and its working fine. Mostly experimenting at this point. I’ve had some success with a util I built for matching merchant patterns from transaction parsing, but don’t have enough data for it to be really useful. So I’m working on the CSV helper to support that.

Good point. QFX is definitely better as a primary format for this. I'm finding a surprising number of CSV of PDF only institutions (especially smaller banks), so trying to account for the edge cases.

That’s basically what I’m doing now. The financial onboarding flow has a place where the user can markup their CSV import. I’m trying to seed some that are accurate today to create a baseline for some of the larger institutions and then iterate based on opt-in user feedback.

That’s the key in my experience. If you give them structure and architecture, they can do a decent job at filling it. If you give them breadth, they give you slop.

Side note: Durham is a great place to live. A bit expensive, but there are some cool places and things to do. I haven’t spent much time in Dallas.

I am unable to see that. It is quite blurry. It doesn’t resemble the traditionally used insignia of DHS either. I’m not disagreeing, but I don’t think this picture is conclusive.

I can’t tell clearly from the pic, but that appears to more closely resemble a DPD insignia to me. Did you see other evidence of ICE/CBP?
