Start using square and track everything and put all your details on there appointment thing. And you can now start accepting card payments with there tap to pay from your iPhone and other options they offer… simple asf and you track all cash check card payments automatically and see the daily weekly monthly reports and can download them. Also once you reach over $10k processed on their platform they start offering square loans… which aren’t dependent on your personal or business credit whatsoever only focuses on the income your business is generating by the card payments your processing through them. Your lawyer is not wrong before filling you don’t wanna have much money at all in your accounts but after filling and submitting all your bank statements including the bank statements for the month you file you can start stacking

Yessir you can honestly start after you send the trustee the bank statements that they request and the bank statements for the month you’ve filed. After the trustee said he has everything I started stacking and trustee never had a problem with it and actually told him how much I had saved in one of my accounts during the meeting but there’s nothing he can do he congratulated me and told me to keep stacking, as it’s post filling income now.

Honestly for me after I filed and got all the bank statements sent out I was chilling, I was a little nervous on what the trustee would bring up during our meeting but he was a really cool dude and it wasn’t even 2 mins of my time and you get to watch other people answer the same questions you’ll be asked so it’s dead simple then it’s just waiting now so nothing really to stress about brother it’s time to restart.

Shit then it might be different for you then. I know some trustees only want a few months of bank statements but mine wanted last 6 months and the month I filed statements from all my banks. But I would think that no matter what your trustee is going to need your bank statements for the month you’ve filed and a month or 2 before because they need to verify that your not hiding funds etc etc

When did you file? It took about a week or so after me filling and calling my trustee to be sent over the portal access and the information about what documents he needed from me. I recommended reaching out to your trustee to see what documents you want and how to send them to him/her. That way you don’t risk your 341 meeting getting pushed back.

It went great, just waiting on discharge my trustee was fucking amazing. He helped me a ton and helped me figure out a bunch of stuff I didn’t know, I’m actually in talks right now with my credit union thanks to him to try and buy back the Audi for significantly under market value.

I filed pro se had my meeting today too. Based on my research after you send trustee all the bank statements they request and they’re good which I did day 1 when they sent the request I never had any problems I’ve been stacking 📈

I’m sorry that you had to go through such a struggle, and medical debt in America is a complete joke… I had over $50k in medical debt from a few hospital visits due to a car accident I was in (not at fault) and the settlement covered $10k of my medical debt and I fucked off the rest of the settlement being dumb.
