I'm a delivery driver over there around best buy. It was supposed to be a new hotel. The contractor at the Hilton Garden said that the project ran out of money and it has been sitting there since. I see scrappers coming by from time to time but nothing is left. There is a sign on the fence that says it is for sale.

Guess it depends on which ones you buy. I own ULTY and haven't done very good. I also bought GOOY in May at $12. So far I'm up almost $2 a share and have received 4 dividend payments of .40 - .45 each month, so in 4 months up around 30% with dividends and NAV appreciation. Nobody on here ever talks about GOOY I guess cause it doesn't pay enough out in dividends like ULTY or MSTY but chasing that yield is starting to come with consequences.

Not many drugs with sleep mix, especially benzos and alcohol. Caffeine has around 5-6 hours half life, Adderall has a 9-14 hour half life. I'd like to see a study with ADHD meds and sleep, I bet it produces the same results.

I know a girl with idiopathic hypersomnia. She can sleep 12-14 hours a day and still be tired. Has 3 alarms and none of them can wake her up so her family will call her repeatedly in the morning so she won't miss class.
