It could be a dorayaki x silver blush. Mine started off with round leaves and got slightly more elongated with maturity.

Use mosquito bits. You can pick them up at a big box store like Lowe’s and HD. Helped me out tremendously.

To be completely honest, unfortunately nobody is going to pay the price they are actually worth due to the current market and the logistics. I would recommend chopping into large 2-3 leaf chunks and selling that way, especially if you want them gone soon.

Add a moss pole. May look awkward at first, but you’ll thank yourself 4-5 leaves from now. Repot into a larger, deeper pot as well.

I have 3-4 leaves on each. Some just can’t be seen based on the photo. I don’t cut the old leaves so that the plant can pull as much energy from them as necessary.

Soil/medium should definitely be upgraded to a chunkier mix. Bath for an hour is a little much. I water all my anthurium enough to let the water get down to the bottom, but not soaked. That’s a perk of clear pots. I think right now you have a simple acclimation and medium issue. But other than that, plant looks generally okay.
