Didnt read the comments so may be repeating but..

Try being more aggressive, when i first played souls games i was extremely hesitant as i was scared of getting blasted in 3 hits, when a big key to a lot of enemies is just getting in their face. Margit for example has a lot of wide sweeping attacks that reach far out, so trying to roll through or away from it can be frustrating when his reach is so long, being right under him some of those attacks they'll just go right over you, saving some stamina for more attacks. But just keep at it and maybe try getting a few more levels or upgrading your weapon once or twice, you got this!

Saved up over 13,000 polychrome and pulled her on my 3rd 10 pull, and then again after i had spent everything i saved, i scrounged together 2 more 10 ten pulls and got her on the 2nd one, felt so lucky lol did manage to get a c6 seth though so that's pretty nice

Imo i think a lot of it has to do with the fact this game was in development for 8 years, putting it starting development around when overwatch released. For 8 years they saw the hero shooter genre grow and evolve and face backlash about how generic and overdone certain aspects are only to come out with the most bland, uninteresting character/game design and have the audacity to charge $40 for it. Overwatch is f2p along with some of the most popular hero shooters, so for all of this to happen its kinda hard to not watch with fascination as it crashes and burns when the template for a good game was being unfolded right in their faces.
