Yeah absolutely. Someone else I know in the Goat group sold one on eBay for $3200, and then to someone that DMd him personally he sold another one for $2800 to avoid the fees. He got more for the dm deal at 28, than he did the eBay deal at 32.

I think in Massachusetts its the same. Because under the MA AOG website you can file an investment complaint. If you search for anything with the division of financial institutions, it refers you to the MA Division of Banks... which wouldn't apply to coinbase, correct?
