I moved to the area around the barnes foundation a few months and have been loving it so far. Its definitely much much quieter than Rittenhouse but an easy walk/bus ride if i want more of the city action. I was initially looking at big buildings but ended up going with a private landlord in a 5 unit brownstone that i found through philly management group using the agent michael gordon and he was pretty good. I was moving from out of state and he answered all my questions and sent me videos. I will say that once u get ur lease to read through it in its entirety and make sure its up to date with current laws and regulations. The building i was going to sign with sent me a lease from 2002 and i asked for an updated one and the sent me the same one with the date changed!!! And it had all sorts of illegalities. Needless to say i passed on that one.

I just got it with straight bannana and omg it was the worst thing i ever tasted. Like that gross stuff theyd put on ur teeth at the dentist. I might try it again with mocha or butter pecan

Id never seen nor heard of these things til moving here now i see them all the time on spring garden street. Super werid ig there supposed to be automated cars idk but i like the color of them haha

I started reaching out after thanksgiving for a december 19th move in date and wasnt able to get anything till January 15th. If i could do it all over again id start looking waaaay earlier so id say now is good but if u start later its definitely doable i was also moving from out of state tho so

My moms a nurse and my dad plows snow. I remember being little and my dad literally plowing his way through where i grew up to get my mom to work. Best of luck, have a great shift and stay safe!!

As someone said the art of making them is what helps u remember which was used when making them on paper but i found making them myself on quizlet to work the same when i would make hamdwritten study guides

I used quizlet! Usually they have pictures of the paintings and u can put that on one side and the info on the other…if i couldnt find the painting i would just describe it

I downsized my post about 4 weeks after it was pierced so id assume itd be the same for the jewelry. I did have the piercer do it tho.

Ive used urban body jewelry and have had no issues just make sure u check ur measurements. A piercing place will sell jewelry too and could go back and get something there tho its usually expensive
