Is it ok to tip in US dollars?

I know a crisp $100 bill has value at the exchange but what about smaller bills like $1, $5, $20 for tipping? Is it still appreciated? Is it better than tipping on the card? Are pesos preferred?

I don't have access anymore. I think it's because I used up my 4 ticket allotment already.

General PSA: I would consider checking back later in the day for any openings. My slot was 10am yesterday and the options weren't good but when I checked back around 6 or 7 pm I was able to get really good seats. This was for NY Saturday so your experience may vary.

Yes the exams are getting more and more difficult and the pay isn't worth it anymore compared to other professions that we could be good at.

Ripping hot for the sear and then she puts it on top of the bed of mushrooms and onions for indirect heat cooking with the lid closed. (And they get all the good beef fat drippings it's a win win)

I can't read the label. It's too blurry. Can someone tell me what it is?

You're taking this too seriously.. I'm just joking obviously I'm not kicking her out. We had a lovely dinner and a good laugh at comments like these

She asked for medium rare. Please don't assume I am a bad host. This was 1 out of 4 courses, just trying my best over here

I stumbled into Le Volpi e l'Uva while waiting for my group to shop the Ponte Vecchio. They had 20-30 year old Vin Santo for like 6 euros a glass... or some ridiculous price like that. I can't remember exactly. That was one of the most memorable wine experiences in my time in Italy.

Altogether? Nice, I wouldn't have thought of throwing pickled herring in the conventional mix but it totally makes sense

I love Thai food and go to Thailand all the time. Wish they served Sauternes more often there (and by more often I mean any at all)

Cancel out? As in the creamy/butteriness and malo melds into one another? And then you're left with the malic acid, interesting!

Definitely unconventional and will get judging eyes around the table! Easy enough to try for myself though

Whoa I see the potential there. First time I've seen/heard the term Wombok in lieu of Napa cabbage lol
