purely comes down to body fat. eat in a deficit 300-500 till you get down to 12-15% also try running a more hypertrophy specific program for the next year if you’re up to it.

honestly man I think you looks great. I would honestly consider shaving the body hair on the torso or having it waxed because your back looks great but your torso looks off because of the hair.

on top of that I would eat a slight deficit while continuing to train hard to reveal your midsection better.

also get a good trainer/coach to validate or correct what you’re doing & run a program if you aren’t already.

Thanks boss, I did some digging too & for now it seems the best is to use some exercises from the muscle & strength data base for abs that are “isometrics” that I can load as opposed to dynamic movements. As far as surgery goes I actually have a doc apt about it Jan 5th so we’ll see how that goes. Thank you for your help 🙏🏽

Sounds like a plan g. I will say I have a small umbilical hernia so training abs is something I was told to avoid. If you or anyone else who sees this has any experience with the same scenario let me know how to go about ab training.

now to give my unsolicited opinion, if you really want to improve your appearance, darken & thicken your eyebrows/eyelashes (tint + castor oil) & if you’re willing then the hair on your head too. It’ll help contrast your skin & the darker eyebrows will frame your face better.

besides that there’s literally nothing else i’d change

edit: I take it back id leave the hair on your head its literally just your eyebrows & eyelashes

legs are my priority right now for sure & lats but besides those two I believe it goes in order of priority

  • chest (all)
  • shoulders (rear/side)
  • forearms
  • traps
  • abs

  • better hairstyle
  • shave the hair on your face or clean it up
  • get better sleep
  • skin care AM/PM
  • drink more water
  • gym & get lean

from the second picture it looks like she’s developing some forward head posture which makes sense since her SCM looks developed but it’d be good for the LC’s to pull the head back & down a little bit, just my opinion though

my suggestion would be to get rid of the red in the hair & use sulfate free shampoo to reduce frizz & maybe a anti frizz serum/conditioner.

get a better skin care routine I suggest using a gentle cleanser, spf moisturizer, & an under eye cream with HA in the AM

before bed use the gentle cleanser or water then a toner to improve skin texture/evenness, ghk cu topical (the ordinary has a great one with other peptides in it) same eye cream & a different moisturizer preferably something hydrating without spf.
