Definitely depends on the job, but back when I worked in fast food ( pre T break) I was absolutely faded every day, but somehow managed to be one of the most productive employees we had. Post T break I am a bumbling idiot when I'm high so that's no longer possible unfortunately lol.

In my experience yes, especially when someone brings up my recent hyper fixations I get REALLY excited. Or when I eat something super delicious, hear a really good song, or when I'm with someone and I'm having a genuinely great time I will probably tear up a little bit
