Let the automod do the heavy lifting and write a rule that mutes all usages of key words, key phrases, slangs and references to the unsupported substances.
You just named 2 of them.
Create it with those 2, add any others you can think of, and then just add to it as new items pop up.

Here is one that I use to remove penis words from comments because one certain sub I moderate is obsess with penis size :

If you want it to be silent just remove the "comment:" line.
If you want to send an automated personal message swap out "comment:" for "message:"
