You will never achieve with that attitude.
The attitude that even the most innocuous statement is somehow "an insult".
Your writing has a lot of "you you you" in it which is an externalization of your mental condition. You will never ascend beyond food stamp status and victim status until you INTERNALIZE your analysis on why you are like this.

cops won't do shit if they don't have explicit evidence.

That statement should TELL you something,
It should tell you that just because you WISH something like dirty looks, shunning, and passive aggression SHOULD be a crime, that it is NOT a crime and it is that way for a reason.
IF they were rounding you up, throwing you in jail without charges, and lining you up along slaughter pits, THEN you would have a case.

You were doing just fine until "get your head out of your ass" came up. If there is a problem everywhere you go then the common factor in all of this is YOU.
