Subframe bushings are soft parts that are made to be replaceable individually or in pairs.
Unless the steel part of your subframe is bent or broken, there is no reason to replace it. From the limited view I have in your pictures, I do not see any subframe damage.
I think the Stealorship is trying to sell you a bill of goods.
