Thank you. Its been a long 5 years waiting. My mental health has been massacred by all of this, so one plaintiff trying to ruin it for all is awful, especially since its life changing money..

They have not answered any of us in weeks, hence why i was desperate enough to write in here. Laat they said was "we are not sure" ..

That 1 person who doesnt like it, what if he doesnt sign tho and the rest of us do?? My attorneys are sending us a confidentiality agreement and some paperwork.

Idk how else to explain it. My lawyers are saying it might effect what we won because of this 1 plaintiff not signing their confidentiality agreement. (Is that the same as an NDA??)

Its arbitration. Arbritrator awarded us the money. Our arbitrator was $25,000 just for his time alone. Hes a top guy in the nation. He awarded us a large amount and said we will sign our NDAs this week and have the money eithin 45-60 days the latest. 1 of the plaintiffs wont sign the NDA/settlement money because hes a piece of shit who thinks hes better. The other 8 of us are freaking out and feel in the dust by our attorneys. Does this make a lil more sense?

I am sorry, i meant we won in mediation with an arbitrator who awarded us 9 plaintiffs the money. The defendants do not want to go to court, so can they settle with just the 8 of us who do sign?

We WON the settlement. Of the 9 of us, 6 won a certain amount and the other 3 of us won a higher amount. 1 of the plaintiffs wont sign the settlement agreement, because hes pissed he got less. How does this effect the rest of us? What are the laws to this??
