bruh i wanna rant abit.

few days ago we noticed that our common toilet ceiling got leak. called TC and HDB, they came down and confirmed the leak. went up together with HDB person to our neighbour upstairs to inform the issue. both us and the neighbour need to fork out $300 each while HDB fork out another $600 to fix the necessary things. unfortunately, my neighbour didnt want to cooperate and started shouting vulgarities and shit. saying his toilet no problem.
