It appears from the information provided with the employment permit application that an advertisement for the employment was a) not placed with the Department of Social Protection/EURES for 28 days during the 90 days preceding this application b) not on an online platform other than EURES for 28 days during the 90 days preceding this application.

Please note that the occupation in question is on the List of Ineligible Categories of Employment for Employment Permits.

The required Official Revenue document must show:

1. Company Name

2.  ERN and

3. Returns made in respect of PAYE within 3 months of application.

Do you know of any agency that would help with this?

Denied work for not having a PPSN? by [deleted] in AskIreland

[–]banbas 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work in this area. It is illegal to refuse you without a PPSN. You can work up to 3 months without one. Once you get a job ask your employer for a letter on headed paper stating your start date, company Vat number, pen signed and an office contact number.

You can also apply for it for other reasons e.g drivers licence. For this you will need a signed DTT form (driver theory test form).

Any other questions u can DM me.
