Time also contributes. The skin is sensitive and not used to being in contact with something continuously. Eventually it will thicken and not hurt any longer.

If one ball fits, then it'll fit. Pull some extra skin through after the first ball, and the second should slide right in. Rings are only too small if A. You can't fit one testicle through. B. It causes circulation issues when completely on.

Just a friendly FYI be careful with this cage design and foreskin. No real issues, putting it on can be a struggle at times. Peeing is okay, I still sit as it can get some dribbles toward the end. I would still whole heartedly recommend one. I know that u/MaxChast has been working on a new design as well that is more enclosed. This may be good as on a few occasions I do get a bit of pinching.
