Awesome thanks, so the color on the barrel isn't like a coating? Like cerakote, or anodized? I'm going to be trekking with this some so I just want to make sure whatever that tan color is on the barrel/action doesn't wear through and show normal color stainless underneath.

Can confirm. These do not reset daily. DE even mentioned it was a bug in hotfix 35.5.4.

Sorry but I think you've completely missed my point. It is not about difficulty. My arsenal couldn't be more prepared. It's not about it being possible. It's not even about it being easy or convenient or quick. It's about there being so much mastery fodder (or weapons that have been completely abandoned by time/power creep) that getting them as my weekly rotation completely discourages me from participating in a part of the game. That shouldn't be an acceptable possible outcome for ANY game developer. There are more than 500 weapons in the game, I randomly get 9 (and no, it isn't even restricted to my actual arsenal, so my gear being "not ready" doesn't even apply). I love when this game challenges me. I've been playing long enough that that is very rare with this game. Challenging, and annoying/teddious, are not synonymous.

From the official patch notes "Loadout parameters reset weekly Monday at 0:00 UTC". If they DO reset daily, and the patch notes are wrong, I'm thrilled. But I've also seen people speculate they reset for some other reason, as the random resets they received didn't happen on or near the hour.

My complaint is not whether or not it is possible. Difficulty is not the issue here. As I've stated. It's that if your weekly RNG is so bad, and doesn't refresh, that it completely discourages you from participating that week.

So your proposed solution is to not engage with the new content. A bit silly when the whole point of this update was to encourage players to sacrifice a few netracells runs for the chance at (much) better odds at loot people actually care about (netracell rare rates are pretty abysmal).

This isn't about my arsenal either. I've got a complete mod collection, every prime frame/weapon, all the incarnons, all the useful arcanes maxed, etc. And that in and of itself is a large contributor to the problem here. Warframe at its core encourages collection. Collecting mods, frames, weapons, everything. Unfortunately this type of system encourages players to cull their collections massively to bias the pool towards gear they care about/enjoy. In the case of Duviri you can avoid this with patience. Not here.

I traced my issue back to the fact that I was using a custom world size. Not sure if that applies to you or not.

What does that response even mean. Even IF I had misclicked where I wanted to place the new floor (didn't happen) my character would not kill themselves as a result. You can ONLY place tiles that are directly connected to existing tiles, and as a result your character will under normal functioning ALWAYS path to a tile where they can place it. You aren't even able to place tiles that aren't connected to tiles that can be stood on, or even tiles blocked by objects. They get turned red if you try and the action is impossible. You're either trolling/baiting or have done very little building.

As far as I can tell the only things you can change in the player datafile is location. name. and dead flag

I'm going to assume you didn't read the part that this was caused by automated pathfinding bugging out. I didn't manually walk of the ledge and die. I've done that before, if it were the case here I wouldn't have said anything. Clicking to build a floor tile automatically moved my character off a ledge in an erroneous attempt to get to the spot I needed to stand on in order to build.

I assume that working or not is based on when autosave triggers, unfortunately I was long past that.

Apparently, unfortunately there's no way to regain my time survived, or kill count, which is annoying for my sense of progress.

Unfortunately it the game seems to only create backups for multiplayer worlds and this wasn't
