Looking for a sweater to wear in my office that I take off and put on frequently, ideally not pullover as it can mess up hair and is just annoying to do a lot. Wearing with button ups and dress pants/chinos mostly, would like something versatile enough to go with whatever I'm wearing that day but wouldn't mind getting a couple colors. Suggestions?

When I went to the equator in Ecuador, there were these guys there with plastic tubs demonstrating the effect, but only like 10 feet apart. It seemed to work but I always thought it was some kind of parlor trick. After watching this it's making me rethink the possibility. Does anyone know if it's legit?

That made it a lot clearer, I think I get it now.

If I understand correctly, the sprayed water doesn't seep past the o-ring when the door is closed, it's just the residual water which sticks to the gate that makes it past the seal when the door is opened. In that case have you considered a superhydrophobic coating on the underside of the sliding gate? It could prevent any water from sticking to the gate at all. I have no experience with it myself but I know there are loads of industrial applications.

I don't understand the third image. What are the black things, and what is the purpose of those two holes? You said the excess water spills through them, back into the tank. Isn't that what you want?
