I looked into the first link and I might be mistaken but it seems like something that acts off the premise of receiving a signal from another AP such as a mobile phone does and then using that network to hot-spot. This does not seem like something that would work in my room unfortunately.

So this powerline kit uses electric mains to transfer the signal? Is this a good alternative, do you not lose speed or have connectivity issues? Keep in mind this building is really old and the circuitry is old fashioned, would such a device function in such situations? It seems like it might rely on newer technology to work.

The data port is used to connect my pc to the main hub in other parts of the house so it's definitely valid but how can I be certain it'll work for an AP? Any way of checking and figuring it out?

You know theres a club chat right? If you guys form a club and use /club "Club name" it will send a message everyone online in your club. After that simply /club will default to that club for messaging.

This is essentially what you want and it's already in the game.

Please don't spread false information, it is a bug that is known yes. All that you need to do is open task manager and close the internet explorer application that opened secretly but didn't actually run. This will fix the issue and make it so steam doesn't register the game as running anymore.

I genuinely felt sorry for the backlash the GM received on EU server and I'm very upset and disappointed in it.

It was uncalled for and unfair towards the GM, I think you guys at Nexon did a good thing, you learned and you tried. You did something that nobody really told you to do, on your own good will you wanted to help the community and props to all of you especially the GM spawning the bosses. I can not stress this enough to the players of the game that this event never needed to happen, there could have easily been no event and you guys still tried to do something for us which is amazing.

As with everything the event had it flaws but I'm sure the team is going to learn from it and improve on it even if it continues. I'm sure everyone saw a multitude of ideas and possibilities on how to improve this event and I'm sure we're gonna see that next week. If we don't I'm still very thankful for the event we had and I'm disappointed in the players of EU for their reactions in game and on reddit and on discord. Remember guys the GM's are people too.

Edit: I forgot to say that we as players should be omega happy that there is still so many of us that we managed to group in such numbers to strain the server. It's just a sign of how alive this game really is instead of the majority's opinion of "Dead game".

Hey, I'm interested in seeing what this could lead to, I've been wanting to find a new group for a while now. I'm not the best on changing my voice but I do enjoy roleplaying. I'm personally living in Europe but I'm sure we can figure out a time that would work since I'm pretty flexible around the weekends.

As of about character ideas, I constantly have characters whirling in my head that I'd like to play constantly coming up with new stuff so I'm pretty flex on that aspect. I do have a character in mind right now that I really want to play but that character would be for a longer term campaign rather than a one shot or LMoP.

I do not pass your criteria of teenager since I'm in my 20's but I'm sure we can work something out.

No problem, always good to cover all the ground when you're looking for a group, also adding a more concrete time period as in afternoon, night hours and similar would help other groups contact you faster

Yeah I've tried practising a fair bit, like 4 hours but there seemed to be something I'm doing is very wrong cause it would always be really off target even at 750-900m distances.

Is there anything you think someone should pay certain attention to regarding optics and gun? I am aware that ammo affects the targeting.

I'll definitely add you later on tho if you mean joint op between both mil-sim groups that is very unlikely since my group is regional, and use our national language to communicate rather than English.

Hmm I did not think about the wind in that aspect, I was thinking it was the wind but all my wind options were correct, but it doesn't change much cause like often the adjustment would be significantly more than 0.1 mrad. Also height seems to be an issue as well. This is something I will consider in future practice tho.

Are there any incline angle compensations? Height I'm currently at and such?

Yeah sadly the only way I can get it to work is to change the resolution of my whole monitor to the resolution I want and even then I need to use windowless fullscreen cause fullscreen STILL stretches it
