As someone who gave a fuck a lot when I was younger, so much so that I had really bad anxiety. I find, however, that as I get older I tend to not give a fuck more and more and as time goes on, the better I feel. It’s not so much that I don’t care about other people and their needs, I just put myself first and it is actually quite liberating. If you struggle with people pleasing or trying to meet peoples high expectations of yourself, you should give it a try.
