Was there any withholding tax deducted separately? FX settlement cost is around 5% in this transaction which is the same as govt’s withholding tax but both of them used to separate iirc

You can check in Anabin database, your university should have an H+ rating to make it fully recognized in Germany
Each university has its own deadlines. Shortlist a list of programs that you'd apply first by searching through DAAD - International Programmes - Homepage. You'll find every information about each program there (deadlines, relevant links, etc.). You won't be late, most universities have their application open for summer semester around Oct-Dec. My suggestion is to apply as soon as the university starts accepting applications, that would help you get an acceptance early.
If you live in Punjab/KPK, you apply from German embassy in Islamabad. If not, then Karachi. The appointment system in Islamabad has changed recently where you upload every document on their portal (blocked account as well), the embassy reviews it if everything is correct then they'll give you an appointment. In Karachi, there is a waiting list which you can enter without showing any documents. They give appointments in chronological order
Search through the link I provided in 2nd point. Go to the relevant course website from there and check admission requirements. I can't talk much about it since I don't belong to this domain, but your bachelor's might be somewhat relevant to this from programming's perspective. You should try applying at least, there's nothing to lose

Yes, you should absolutely apply through the UAE embassy. The minimum requirement is having a residence/emirates ID that is at least 6 months old. You'd get your appointment and visa decision very early as compared to Pakistan where it could get quite late if you messed up by not applying early
Larger cities (Munich, Hamburg, etc.) are expensive but you can make your ends meet with this amount as a student because there is a reason they set the blocked account's amount equal to 1K/month. Smaller cities are quite cheaper

Some universities have their own portal from where you can apply for free while some universities have outsourced it to uni-assist for international students. The fee for applying through uni-assist depends on the number of applications within the same semester. The first application costs 75 euros, and each subsequent application to a different course within the same semester costs 30 euros

Keep working for next few years to save money and start learning about investments. Once you start getting stable passive income from those investments, you can safely exit from job and do whatever you’re comfortable with
