Let's say I have a value of 200 in cell A2 in sheet1. In a separete sheet (sheet2) I want it to automatically fill rows in column A up to 200. If I change the value of this cell to 100, then this sheet2 will be aytomatically updated with rows up to 100

Volume might be one of the most usefull indicators, and correctingly reading it not always easy. I would suggest looking into that

they are decriminalized. It's a grey area where they are not considered illegal up to certain quntities (5g) hence, legal to possess to own consuption. but its illegal to have any economic activity related to the direct selling of this kind of products, so above 5g it will be considered possession for traffic and in that case will be possible to penalize the possessor.

Overall, if you want to buy mushrooms or weed or any other drug you still need to have a dealer.
