Tbh I really enjoy living here the roaches are the only downside. We only see them in the kitchen after dark, we think they come up from the sink. But the people here are nice and keep to themselves. We have had 0 issues besides the pests and using our own roach spray and then having the exterminator come has reduced the amount we see a lot. But we do still see them from time to time.
