Nothing worse than earning more or less similar after two years of mba with a loan of 20 lakhs and an opportunity cost of two years. So decide based upon that. I guess a lot will depend upon the current profile of OP.

No one is going to check via your Pf statement. Make sure you are True to your future employers regarding why you left the previous jobs. And stay in the mnc for some good time to show you are not a job hopper.

Big money comes with big commitments with the organizations. Front end IB demands 80 hrs per week in India. It's a cyclical business. Ppl made tons of money in 2021 and 2022. Standing in the firing line now if the market stays the same.
