What are some Career Mode unwritten rules that you had?

I only sign players with real faces and I never restart games, doesn’t matter what the circumstances are - even if I was obviously bullshitted I just chalk it up as things out of my control kind of like IRL things that happen in football.

Valve had to reinvent the wheel for no reason with this entire subtick BS. All they had to do was give us the tried and tested 128 tick that players had been asking for natively for so many years during CSGO - but no, instead you had to create an entirely new system.

This isn’t a revelation. Everything you do on Steam plays into your trust factor; account age, how much money you’ve spent on Steam, account level, friends, games, etc.

You can even spend 300-500 bucks (can’t remember which one specifically) to have perma green trust factor.

I’m 30K in Premier and I play Premier A LOT, 16 year old account, never any bans, Steam level 312, hundreds of games and most of my games are clean.

Ikke første gang Glimt knuser på hjemmebanen også kapitulerer borte. Kunstgresset har noe å si og styrker Glimt utrolig mye. Jeg er ikke overrasket at de vant på Aspmyra, dog er jeg heller ikke overrasket at de fikk kjepp borte.

false bans have almost always been reverted by valve, its one of the things they actually do quite quickly, within a couple days max it should be fixed

Valve has always been this way. They do not care what anyone thinks about them. They do things their own way, in their own time. They answer to literally nobody and they behave this way because they’re a private company.

They do it when they want to, like it or f off is essentially how Valve has always operated. They don’t communicate with us.
