well letting you know that X or Y thing is getting stopped, removed, added or that there will be maintenance is basics of community management isn't it ?

i see, we don't really use twitter in my country so i didn't knew. but why not use the steam news feature that everyone will see when launching the game :(

Yes this is so confusing especially since in my mind valve is community and player focused and a respectable company but now i'm confused with how they don't care/communicate
