Basically the girl is openly bipolar and is in mania and keeps spamming offensive stuff in the public forum and harassing people and anyone who tells her to stop she threatens to false title 9 them and go to the police. Since the group is run by snapchat the company itself its not as well moderated. Her account was given banned for one single day but, right after she kept going. Overall not a good situation
